As the name suggests the main activity of the Company is the purchase of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals, processing and resale of materials into the Home Steelworks Foundries and for direct export.
Wye Valley Metals also offers a dedicated Skip and Roll on/off service for regular scrap metals arising and factory clearance.
We also run an Environment Agency Approved End of Life Vehicle Authorised Treatment Facility (ELV ATF), which is housed in a building sourced during strip out works at Sony, Bridgend.
Wye Valley Metals is able to deal with the safe disposal of all types of vehicles and plant in an environmentally sound way.
The site is also an AATF (Approved Authorised Treatment Facility) for the handling of fridges, freezers and PCs other electrical waste goods.
